Working closely with retained architects ensuring all building regulations are observed a full design service is offered. Our connected planning consultants will guide you through the planning system to ensure your property requirements and design is optimised. Our construction teams in all disciplines will be deployed and managed by our experienced management team against a known building programme. Materials are sourced through our aligned partners to ensure best value and sympathetic design whilst being mindful of environmental considerations.

Design consultation for refurbishment works, extension or new build. One-stop shop — full project management includes initial project brief, design concepts (sample boards), proposed layouts, full costings for job and contractors to do build works.

Kitchen fitting and design

For both domestic and commercial installations we have the solution to your kitchen needs. This full turnkey solution from an initial sketch through the design process to full installation really is a total comprehensive service. Dovetailing our kitchen teams with our own tilers, electrician and plumbers ensures that you only need one point of contact and we take care of everything else. Due to our excellent supply chains we are able to source a wide range of kitchen styles with coordinated worktops such as laminates, wood, Corian^TM, and granite.

Building Surveying

Our Building Surveyor holds a 1st Class Honours Degree in Building Surveying. Skills include:

• Building Condition Survey
• Access Audit
• Autocad
• Fire Risk Assessment
• Preparing and managing Building Control/Planning applications

We are able to provide advice on:

• Design; Proficient in the use of AutoCAD in order to provide drawings for each stage of the design process, including Planning and Building Control applications.
• Maintenance / repair; Able to undertake building condition surveys and provide a report detailing any maintenance or repair issues/likely time to failure/estimated cost of repairs.
• Refurbishment; Working closely with the Client to establish their requirements when considering refurbishment schemes. Identifying any legislative/design issues and providing suitable alternatives.
• Restoration; Able to give advice on the appropriate means of construction or use of materials when considering restoration of properties having an historical interest. Help and guidance on conforming to current legislation.
• Party Wall matters; Able to provide advice on party wall matters when considering extensions or refurbishments. Includes serving the appropriate notices and undertaking a Schedule of Condition.
• Disability Discrimination Act and Part M; Able to provide the Client with advice on the current legislation and the measures required to conform to it when considering new build or refurbishment/alteration of existing properties.
